neooo ships directly from our home base in Hong Kong with utmost care, bringing our solid gold pieces and lab-created or natural diamonds straight to your doorstep. Every order arrives fully insured, beautifully packaged, and completely trackable. By working direct-from-workshop, our prices sit up to 50% below traditional retail—with all local import taxes and custom clearance already taken care of.

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING ORIGIN & DESTINATIONS

• Origin: All neooo orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and dispatched directly from our workshop in Hong Kong.

• Destinations: We currently ship directly to the following regions:

  • Hong Kong (HKSAR)

  • Singapore (SG)

  • United Kingdom (UK)

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE

To maintain our heirloom quality and avoid unnecessary waste, every neooo piece is individually handcrafted and made-to-order:

• Production Time: Because every piece is made to order, we bypass traditional retail markups to offer you true factory-direct pricing. Each item is hand-finished in our studio workshop, requiring approximately 3 to 4 weeks before dispatch.

• Transit Time: Once completed, your piece is dispatched via insured courier. Estimated transit times generally take 1 to 3 business days for Hong Kong and 3 to 7 business days for international destinations. Please note that exact delivery times depend on your specific location and local courier processing. You will receive an email with your courier tracking link as soon as your parcel ships.

SECTION 4 - TAXES & CUSTOMS DUTIES

• No Unexpected Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All applicable local import taxes, tariffs, and customs duties for your initial purchase are fully covered by neooo. International customers will not be required to pay additional customs fees or import duties upon parcel delivery.

SECTION 5 - PACKAGING, SECURITY & INSURANCE

• Gift-Ready Packaging: Every neooo creation arrives in custom, luxury packaging designed to protect your fine jewelry during transit and deliver a refined unboxing experience.

• 100% Fully Insured Transit: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage while traveling from our workshop directly to your delivery address.

• Tracked Courier Delivery: To ensure high-value pieces arrive safely, orders are shipped via tracked couriers. Depending on your destination and carrier, a signature may be required upon delivery.

• Refused & Uncollected Shipments: Refused packages—and those that cannot be delivered due to recipient error (e.g., an incorrect or mistyped address)—will only be refunded once physically received back at our warehouse. Any refund issued will be net of round-trip shipping fees (to and from the destination country) as well as any applicable re-import duties and taxes incurred.
